April 18 and April 25 – Rev. Pete Hill, Guest Preacher Rev. Pete Hill will be our guest preacher in Worship on April 18 and April 25. Pete has pastored churches in Missouri and Florida for 40 years. He is currently doing interim pastoral work with churches while they seek a new pastor. You’ll enjoy getting to know Rev. Hill and getting to hearing him preach. His fun yet meaningful series will be taken from the title of James Kemp's book The Gospel According to Dr. Seuss. April 18 Horton the Faithful --- I Peter 1:3-7 April 25 Hearing Whos with Horton — Psalm 24:1-2 and Romans 8:18-25 May 5 – Potluck Our special ministry speakers will be John Ellis and representatives from the 2010 Philippine Medical Mission Trip. We hope you will be able to join us as we see heart wrenching pictures and hear marvelous stories of hope. See how a portion of your mission dollars are helping others around the world. June 27 – Joyful Noise Community Choir Leads in Worship at 10:45 a.m. Picnic after Worship at 11:45 a.m. on the lawn at Englewood July 12-16 – VBS Englewood Baptist Church and Antioch Community Church will have a combined VBS at Englewood Baptist Church from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. The VBS celebration will be held at Antioch Community Church on July 18. July 31-August 5 – Mission Trip to Bridger, South Dakota The trip will be in partnership with Second Baptist Church of Liberty. A Time of Service and Giving – Volunteering at Harvesters June 19, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. September 18, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. December 18, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
